Trivia: Originally conceived as a remake of Excess Baggage (1928). The opening credits were inspired by the first filmed performance of the title song in The Hollywood Revue of 1929 (1929).

Goofs: Continuity: When Don first meets Kathy and scares her, she shouts “Officer!” and points with her right arm. When we next see them pulling up by the road she is pointing with her left hand.
