A man (Liam Neeson) who was travelling with his wife, Elizabeth Harris (January Jones), had a car accident which made him comma for four days. When he woke up, somebody has taken his place as Dr. Martin Harris. The doctor who is in charged for him says that they can’t find any identity of him and therefore no family member was contacted regarding the accident. The first thing that Martin do is to find his wife, and what a surprise that she does not recognize him! Indeed, there is another Dr. Martin Harris at her side. Wanting his life back, Martin searches for clues to prove himself as the real Dr. Martin Harris. Fortunately there is somebody, a young woman named Gina (Diane Kruger), who believes his story and willing to give a hand.

The more they pursue the truth, the more dangers they face. To unlock the mystery, they have to answer the key question : why these people need to take Dr. Martin Harris’ place? “I am Mark Harris! I didn’t forget everything.”
